 • Experience: Over 25 years in dentistry.
 • Practice Schedule: Operating a solo dental practice for 2.5 days a week.
 • Current Financials: Annual net profit of approximately $300,000, despite participating with multiple insurance providers and one man dentist on a part time basis.
 • Strategic Shift: Transitioning to a fee-for-service model, focusing on high-value cosmetic dental procedures such as veneers, implants, full-mouth reconstructions, teeth whitening, and sleep apnea treatments. Also bringing in additional dentists and specialists to expand services and accommodate increased patient demands. The MedSpa portion of the new establishment will provide services such as laser procedures for skin and hair and fillers  to reduce wrinkles and body contouring and fat reduction which are all fee for services.
