As a registered Canadian Charity with over 20 years of business and charitable experience. we currently have added an additional for-profit business to our portfolio to help secure places and programs for promoting sustainable agriculture with increased revenue, as well as programs for healing and wholeness.
The Rural /Urban Homesteading Development Project has been in the development stages for a number of years, but we are now moving forward.
This division of our business deals with providing Canadians who suffer from with mental, spiritual and /or life challenging issues. a safe physical living and working space for healing and recovery in a supportive rural or small urban community, through organic micro-farming and a life skills leaning and a market gardening project.
The plan is simple – it is also patented so available for franchising.
Purchase low productive rural and urban properties, subdividing lots into ¼ aces micro farming units with tiny houses, restoring the land through intensive organic mycobiome projects and practises while creating income through land leases, market gardening, and value added product sales and freeze dried products.
The interest has been great - with many needing and wanting this lifestyle and service - we have a waiting list of those interested.
The Foundation takes care of the mental and spiritual health portion of the project while the secondary, for profit business, creates teaching, training, and sustainable wealth.
Currently, we have land owners who are willing to sell property to the business at reduced rates to begin the project and others with land to rent and they are investing in the project.
We are therefore seeking long term investors for land mortgages with reasonable interest rates, creating investment revenue and possible dividend revenue from the corporation. for those willing to invest further in the project.
