We are seeking funds to create a Bulk Fuel agreement with Conoco-Phillips or other major refinery.
DOD and  State Department contracts are available for Bid on the SAM.Gov; as we have met all the qualifications and requirements for Small Business entity.
Use of Proceeds - Attorney's Escrow Deposit to Underwrite USD/EURO $20-25,000,000.00 SBLC and Working Capital.
In additionally we have:

We presently have Tank Farm Delivery Agreement for 10,000 M/T -AGO  and can increase to 20,000 M/T per week. Gross Income per shipment USD$500,000.00
2.
Pending future contract for 330,000 Barrels Bi-monthly shipment of Condensate for Mobile Refinery.
