We are building replacement components for aircraft that are no longer available. Our first component is a carbon fiber replacement ruddervators (tail section) for Beechcraft Bonanza V tail aircraft. There no competitors in our chosen market and a high demand for the product. I have a current wait list of 40 customers with a unit sale price of $25,000 for the first customers and then the price will climb to $35,000 for customers who will be watching the progress. There are 5,500 of these V tail aircraft now registered and many need now or will need our product in the next few years due to corrosion of the original magnesium parts. Due to the scarcity of this part, the American Bonanza Society has posted a grant prize of $1 million dollars for the 1st company that produces a certified product. Our little group has already invested just over $1 million and we will need another million to get to market. Currently we are going thru FAA certification which is a lengthy process but we are well underway. Our team includes 3 doctorate engineers and 3 other aerospace engineers to satisfy the required tests and analysis of the product. A facility has been built in North Florida to manufacture this and the many other products that the aviation public is in need of as the general aviation fleet ages.
