Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co

My name is Brittnee Harris I own Reliable Credit Repair Solutions Incorporated est. 2020 with a DBA Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co. I formed Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co in 2021 during the midst of COVID-19 for extra income for myself and business because during that time my business was affected by the COVID-19 outbreak which caused my revenue to decrease compared to the prior year, so it was a big hit to my company.

I formed Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co. to help other small businesses owners such as myself have a much affordable way to scale their business by using our outsource team and marketing for a better workflow. My current team is from the Philippines. I have hired them as a part of my team to assist me in providing customer service, virtual assistants, billing, marketing, website designing, social media ad tech team, etc. for other companies to help them have a better workflow and to scale their business. When I hire a team member, I require them to take a customer service training course that I have created using teachable. I also track their process with other companies by using click up and google docs and spreadsheets. At this time, I currently have 3 clients that have been with our company. I fear to take more because I feel like I do not have the appropriate technology and training to take on more clients. Although, each month I am profiting between both companies Reliable Credit Repair Solutions, Inc and Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co. I feel that my business could grow even more if I had a location/building which is why I want to open up a CALL CENTER so that I can appropriately train my employee's and give them the equipment and software that is needed to assess our client's needs. I know that for each workstation it can take about $2500 to $10k per workstation and I want about 10-15 workstations. This is not including construction, furniture, IT equipment and backup generator. I am also needing help in either leasing or buying a building in area that will attract more clients to be a fully functional business turning it into a million-dollar business, eventually opening multiple call centers throughout the United States eventually to a billion-dollar investment. Call Centers bring lots of profit because a lot of the times people start a business looking it as a breakthrough but do not have the means or resources to properly run a business, in which, is where Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co. come in at. Not only are we helping other businesses owners grow their business we are going to open up employment opportunities for parttime and full-time employees from ages 18+ and up.

I want to also be able to provide different, training /and certification opportunities when working with Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co. such as customer service, virtual assistant training, data entry training, credit repair dispute training, email marketing training, etc. All these trainings will run a much proficient and efficient company and will gain the trust needed from clients to form a more lucrative business. The key to any successful business is workflow. If more companies rely on Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co. this business can easy turn into a million-dollar company. The way that the economy is set up its forcing people to be their own boss, with being a boss and business owner you need a great workflow and a team. Reliable Outsource and Marketing is going to be that. My company Reliable Credit Repair Solutions, Inc is already a 100k company, I know that we can grow even more but the economy is at a halt at the moment. But if we can help other business grow this will be the breakthrough that many businesses need to be a 50k to 100k business.

Opening up a call center has been in my calling, and I just need help to execute my dream. All my life my job duties have been helping others and being a guide to others. I graduated college with a criminal justice degree in criminal justice where I was a criminal deputy clerk, to a probation officer, to becoming a business owner of Reliable credit Repair Solutions Inc helping thousands become homeowner who did not think they could become homeowners, to car owners and business owners to now wanting to open up a call center to help business owners excel and also bring in more job opportunities to the city of Texas. 

I have a number of different projects that I am wanting to launch but Reliable Outsourcing and Marketing Co. is one of the top projects on the list. My next project is helping my husband who is a coach/mentor open up a fitness center for youth ages 5-18 for him to be able to conduct private one on one trainings to help enhance their physical and mental skills in any sport.
