Good day,

As a 40 year financial services industry executive, at this stage of my career, it's very important that I support purposeful work that allows me to leverage my career experience received while with JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo where I enjoyed leading their Corporate Responsibility, Community Development and Affordable Housing efforts respectively.

This work excites me, as it allows me to lean in and leverage all that I have in my toolkit to affect a positive trajectory for all especially economically disadvantage segments. The lack of quality affordable housing remains a chronic issue/need and has been for decades.

RCG, LLC is building many of our planned homes  leveraging Private Investors, which is how we arrived at this juncture. A confirmed Investor for our first two homes backed out last minute, creating a strain on our business model as we had not planned for this. 

We are building/developing on land which has been in my Family for over 129 year's, giving us full site control to develop. 

If we are successful in receiving the $500K funding request,  it would allow RCG, LLC to;

1.) Create five (5) new job opportunities for qualified staff. 
2.) Complete phase one,  and move forward with implementing phase two, which is to build 2 - 8 homes
3.) Working capital  - support administrative and operational expenses, and 
4.) Acquistions & Donated Real Estate 
5.) Pre-sell our homes before built, working with the three largest employer's and introduced our product for their respective staff (City has created a $10K incentive for homeownership, down-payment and closing costs).

IGS Panel Homes is RCG, LLCs General Contractor and build partner of record.
