Our mobile intravenous fluids business, RecoveryBus, aims to provide college students with a convenient and accessible way to receive intravenous fluids. We will be targeting major college campuses across the country, offering a range of services including COVID relief, hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and hangover cures. Our team consists of experienced medical professionals and entrepreneurs who are passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of college students. Our mission is to provide a safe and effective solution to dehydration and other health issues.
 
Ideally this is a fully replicate-able business model where the anticipation is to have a local RecoveryBus near each college campus. The numbers below indicate just one Bus with 2 RN or higher serving 6 patient seats per hour (just 3 PT's each). The model is also affected by the limited hours of operation. With just a 4-day week of 4 hours each day, this can easily be expanded based on help, the time of year to 8 seats, or 6-hour shifts. This dramatically increases the profit.
 
We will not be hindered by just marketing towards colleges. The potential walk-in market and our FB, IG, and TWT geo locations allow for targeted marketing in each area with the Bus location, will be large. We will begin locally with the Univ of Arizona (2022 enrolled 41,000) in Tucson, Grand Canyon (2022 enrolled 50k on campus), Arizona State Univ (2022 enrolled 40,000), and Northern Arizona University (2022 enrolled 31,000) 
 
Total AZ initial market numbers:  200,000 students and faculty are potential clients.

 We are also looking to offer Physician/RN based inner ear cleaning as a value add in chair. The average cost of $200 can be done as a value add for $99-199 every day while a patient is in the chair. The details will be in a separate Business Plan summary. This alone can add 50% to the overall numbers.

We will be the only company that offers a Spa-like setting on a medical transport Vehicle with ideally 6 seats (3 massage chairs on each side, separated for privacy) with each session lasting 45 minutes. This will allow 15 minutes for cleaning and prep for the next patient. Our bus can therefore perform 24 procedures in a 4-hour period. 
 
With an average patient spend of $200 times the 24 sessions, we will be able to gross approx.: $5-7000 daily…. In JUST A 4 HOUR SHIFT PER BUS! A 6-hour shift will earn $7,000+ daily plus.
 
Clinicians performing the services will be paid per patient an ascending scale from $50+ bonus per patient, allowing for the Clinician partner to make $500-700 daily for a 4-hour shift. We will offer massage chairs, optional neck massages, inner ear cleaning, and more! 
 
In the college campus model, we have modeled for 4 hour shifts from 10am to 2pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (4 days weekly), mostly to cover peak party days as well as on campus major sporting events, etc. 
 
We also anticipate marketing towards Alumni groups and events, Frats and Sororities hold events constantly, and can easily book the bus for private events. With the support of the Campus Health dept. and paid on campus cheerleaders/marketers to hand out coupons offering discounts and monthly or Semesterly subscriptions at a reduced rate, we look to build massive brand loyalty.
 
The campus leaders/evangelists of each group will be encouraged to market the Bus event and if filled, will get a $1000 commission at the conclusion of the event.
 
We anticipate needing to hire a security officer from campus as we will be holding cash. Campus staff will also avail advertising and promotion opportunities internal to the school only.
