Reanimations is a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 Agency, which is licensed to provide home health services in SC and mental health services in NC. The agency has offices in Charlotte, Gastonia, and Shelby, NC as well as Camden, SC. At this point, the founders have contributed to the organization with more than $136,000 in licenses, accreditations, equipment, working capital, and software. We basically need $300,000 to create an electronic health record (EHR) software that will make it easy for mental health and home health practitioners to manage their patients’ records. The software will be easy to use, with a wide range of features that make it ideal for small to medium-sized practices, therefore, it will position Reanimations among the market leaders.
Although Reanimations is a nonprofit that is impossible to grant shares, Reanimations is technically controlled by BECOR Group, LLC (hereinafter BECOR) as its principal sponsor that facilitates all Reanimations operations. BECOR is owned by the president and founder of Reanimations, as expressed in the Reanimations bylaw and the BECOR operating agreement. Therefore, this investment agreement is with BECOR.
The mental health industry has been suffering from a crisis of effectiveness in its treatments, high prices, and poor accessibility; however, I have a great solution developed for more than 30 years, which we could discuss upon request.
Reanimations has added new elements to mental health treatments, the “Collateral Support Services” to Medicaid/Medicare services, within its Reanimations Therapeutic Mentoring Program (RTMP) which also have services for uninsured individuals, which includes Therapeutics Sports/Recreational activities, toward achieving recovery and making mental health more accessible, efficient, and less costly, that gives Reanimations an advantage over other agencies.
My brother Yuri is my principal collaborator and vice president of Reanimations, which together with my excellent staff, guarantees the success of your investment. I have more than 35 years providing mental health services, of them I have 16 years providing services in Charlotte, NC.
Company Location philosophy: Usually, we provide services in churches, to be close to the population, where the company donates money to Churches by uses of facilities Churches don’t use on weekdays.
Mission: "We are pursuing reducing demand for illegal drugs, and social violence and enhancing access to mental health with affordable and effective services; by using Scientific research, and the support, partnership, and coordinated effort with community stakeholders"
Vision: “We dream of an affordable, coordinated and integrated therapeutic system, beyond traditional managed care, where people can learn to manage their symptoms or to get a complete recovery”
Reanimations Recovery Model (hereinafter RRM): RRM is an approach that does not focus solely on symptoms, but emphasizes adaptability, control over life's challenges, and supporting identity and self-esteem. The implementation of this practice includes person-centered care and the recognition that Recovery is not necessarily a cure.
Theory and methodology of Reanimations’ treatment: It is an organized and systematic instructional process that aims at increasing individuals’ ability to improve health, and wellness, and live a self-directed life, toward reaching their full potential.
In addition to the services of Medicaid, Medicare, and private plans authorized to Reanimations, which need working capital, Reanimations is able to provide the following unregulated mentoring services listed below, which guarantee a significant cash flow:
- Therapeutic Mentoring for children, adults, and Seniors
- Parents School
- Violence Prevention
- Vocational trade school
Therapeutic sport/recreation:
- Therapeutic Self Defense
- Therapeutic Soccer
- Therapeutic Games
- Therapeutic Dancing, Singing, and Performance
Technological Innovation
Reanimations want to launch a new electronic health record (EHR) software called “Virtual Platform for Mental Health Assistance” (hereinafter VPMHA) that will make it easy for mental health and home health practitioners to manage their patients’ records. The software will be easy to use, with a wide range of features that make it ideal for small to medium-sized practices but particularly guarantee the operations and expansion of Reanimations, positioning it among the leading agencies in the market
The new Reanimations technological center is directed by engineer Wolfran Silva, PE, VPMHA’s author, and is located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras (to reduce the cost of labor).
The main objective of the proposed VPMHA for Reanimations is to ensure the centralization of information for timely and effective analysis in each Reanimations’ location and at Reanimations' headquarters in Charlotte, NC; but in the open market, we want to reach all agencies, particularly Latino agencies in the US and all agencies, clinics and independent professionals in Latin America and Spain.
The software will have an integrated calendar that allows clinicians to see their day briefly, quickly check client availability, and schedule or reschedule appointments with ease. This helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows because it sends automated appointment reminders.
The software expects to offer a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant video conferencing solution that is built into the EHR software. This means clinicians can conduct video visits with clients without having to worry about the security of their data.
The software will include electronic insurance claims, client payment tracking, and electronic remittance advice (ERA). This makes it easy for clinicians to get paid for the services they provide.
The software will take data security seriously and plans to use FIPS 140-2 compliant encryption to protect client data. The software will be also HIPAA-compliant, which means it meets all the requirements for safeguarding protected health information (PHI).
The software will include a variety of reports that helps users with billing and insurance. Reports can show write-offs, preauthorization renewals, service patterns, clinician productivity, and insurance adjustments.
The software will be using the DSM-5, note templates allow you to search for a diagnosis code in seconds. You can use either the DSM-5 diagnosis or the ICD-10 diagnosis code, and the software will provide a list of matches.
The software will allow clinicians to create progress notes, intake forms, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. All of these can be easily accessed and edited from the software, which will be in constant development due to the feedback received in real-time from the treatments that are carried out daily in the organization
