RV Park expanding with three revenue stream Pakr Plaza.
Real Nice & Easy RV Park in Alabama is expanding with a new Plaza designed to triple revenue potential. The Plaza will feature a laundromat, a steakhouse, a convenience store, and a bathhouse.
Ultimately, this will become a destination resort. It will include a family-friendly waterpark serving all ages, with water slides, a lazy river, water play areas, and numerous concession stands offering souvenirs, tacos, burgers and fries, ice cream, soda, pizza, and chicken wings to maximize variety and revenue streams.
The venue is expected to attract RV campers, locals, and visitors from within a 60-mile radius, filling a significant entertainment gap in the area. There is no steakhouse within a 60-mile radius. Some local older laundry mats do not offer pickup, delivery, wash, dry, and fold services, which we will.
With industry development underway, businesses will be drawn to the area. Currently, a 10 billion dollar gold mine is developing into a full-scale operation, a graphene mine is expanding into a production plant, and a new large lumber mill is being built, all expected to be in full production within the next 18 months. These are all within 15 miles of the RV Park. I would like to be a place they come for entertainment and steaks.
