Our road map gives you a step-by-step,  bite-size daily schedule of where to invest in Today's local markets. This program is available in both English and Espanol. We specialize in coaching individuals on how to broker transactions between motived sellers and cash investors. Our target audience is online viewers searching for real estate investment programs on how to make money in your local markets.
The strategy is to show potential investors how to utilize our 10 steps guidelines on managing daily, bite-size tasks one hour at a time.  We want our clients to focus on how to help solve problems for motivated sellers.  We want all of our clients to become "Problem-Solvers! Thus, problems plus solutions equal a payday at closing. Our business plan is called, "How  To Make  More, Work Less and Enjoy Life".
We offer new clients our "Coaching & Mentoring Agreement on how to build a simple wholesaling business. This Consultant Agreement includes goal setting, identifying local target markets, generating quality leads, and analyzing and converting leads into sales. These are scheduled weekly "Coaching Calls" to review progress and answer questions.
Our goal is to raise a minimum of $50,000 to $75,000 of working capital to efficiently grow the business over the next 18 months by implementing our digital marketing strategies as scheduled.
