Investors own the properties with us. 8% preferred premiums quarterly. 50:50 share of all revenues.
Our business model is proven and simple. We purchase homes in need of repair, renovate them, and rent them out. After completion, we have the homes reappraised and pull out 80% of the equity. We repeat the process 12x per property. In all three areas, any rents in excess of insurance, property taxes, maintenance buffer, and equity line payment will be paid out to investors as a monthly or quarterly dividend. Our exit strategy is to liquidate our positions and cash out all our limited partners in three to five years.
Investors own the homes alongside us, so when we eventually sell, you'll also receive a prorated share based on your investment.
