Real Estate Asset Management Expansion

Here is a quick overview of what we offer:

We are a private asset management company called Imperial Asset Management. We invest primarily in residential houses. Our main markets are now Florida, Texas, and South Carolina.

We onboard private lenders/investors and pay a 12% return on a monthly basis (or the client can opt to get paid 13% at maturity). They can switch between monthly payment and maturity payment. The term is 18 months. Clients can renew for new terms after that or cash out. $100,000 investment will generate the investor $1000/month. Clients are free to add funds to their account at any time without penalty or restrictions.

Our partner firm is Advanta IRA, a $4 billion firm, for our 401k/IRA clients. We cover all setup and ongoing management fees with Advanta for our clients. The rollover is not a taxable event. This investment is really good for 401k holders, IRA or Roth IRA holders.
