A indoor sports facility with focus in Baseball, Softball, and biomechanics/movement training. Bringing training with technology and my 20 pro baseball/softball career to the Southern and Northern Tier. Area is badly in need with up to date sports specific training.
The facility will offer personal instruction, Hittrax, rapsodo, hack attack and iron Mike machines, K Vest evaluations, weight room. RB2 will offer memberships and the ability to use facility 24/7. Walk ins and recreational use will also be available.
Investors will have 20% ownership of facility and/or receive 20% of monthly revenue with agreed upon interest.
RB2 has a goal of 100-200 members with 1 quarter of opening business. With 3 level monthly membership packages available at $150, $250, $350 monthly revenue through memberships at worst 15k and at best 70k. Realistic numbers would 20-25k a month during busy months of October-March and during down months, 10k. A real estimate for year revenue is 160k 1st year with a 20-25% bump the following year.
