RAS Technologies has developed a revolutionary, indoor, clear water closed-loop aquaculture technology (
click here for a video tour) which produces premium, environmentally sustainable Pacific White Shrimp in a state-of-the art facility near Toronto, Canada. The Company is currently in production with harvesting expected to begin in June 2022 and is raising capital to fund working capital to support production and build-out a platform for expansion across North America and internationally.
The Company (
corporate website) has built and patented a commercial scale, closed-loop indoor bio-secure production system featuring highly automated, purified clear water recirculation systems and a proprietary software system which monitors and controls the system on a real-time basis. The Company has successfully completed a pilot period in which the technology was tested, validated and optimized.

OTCMKTS:SHMP), a pre-revenue company that is planning to produce shrimp in indoor production facilities. This comparable has a market capitalization of approximately $220M vs. the offering being priced at a valuation of approximately $25M.
