Equine and animal assisted mental health therapy farm in Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona. We are a small company of licensed mental health therapists providing equine and animal assisted therapy, as well as telehealth and office based counseling services. We primarily serve individuals on Medicaid health plans, as well as tribal members of the community. In addition, we accept private insurance and cash pay customers. We operate under a fee for service business model in which we bill the health plans for each service provided. We have no cap on the amount we can grow and bill.
Our customer base is very strong and we receive 50-75 new referrals a week, all with a guaranteed payer source. We serve kids and adults of all ages. We specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, as well other substance use and other disorders. The owners and founders have more than 50 years of combined experience in the community mental health field with developing and sustaining profitable and mission driven models of care. One of the owners is a master's level licensed therapist and executive level leader in the field of behavioral healthcare.
In addition to our services, we own a multi million dollar 8-acre equestrian facility in the heart of a very desirable area of Gilbert, Arizona. We are on the corner of a busy intersection with more than 15,000 cars driving by each day. We are the only corner within a 4 mile radius that is not commercially developed.
Our request for funding is to scale our current business model by three times the current size and hire 15 additional employees, as well as add office space to our farm property for additional staff. Currently today, we have 12 FTE counselors and we would like to add 10 more, plus five equestrian and support staff. With our current staffing, we are projected to earn $1.2 million dollars in revenue this fiscal year which is 34% growth over prior year. We are the largest equine counseling provider in Arizona and we are a very unique program equipped to help families and individuals manage some of the most serious and distressing mental health conditions.
