In July 2023, two telecom and wireless veterans (50+ years combined experience) set out to build a new mobile virtual network operator (wireless company) focused on the underserved Hispanic market. In March 2024, we went live.
We are currently in growth mode, and looking for investment to fund the rollout and operationalize our services across 2,500 retail locations in strategic markets. Our services utilize two top-tier mobile carrier networks in the United States, giving us the best nationwide coverage, including Puerto Rico, a target market.
We have active customers today and currently use social media and the web to drive customer growth. Our marketing and advertising is focused strategically in cities with large Hispanic populations. Our customer care support center, located in Mexico City, went live in May 2024 and provides support in both Spanish and English.
Most recently, we negotiated a partnership with a Global point-of-sale and activation provider that services more than 18,000 wireless retail locations in the U.S. Our team is leveraging relationships with many of the top wireless retail dealers in the United States. Within these partnerships, we have identified a group of key retail dealers which represent roughly 2,500 locations heavily trafficked by our target demographic, and located in strategic U.S. markets. They are ready to sell our products and services.
We have built and fully vetted a new sales compensation model for the wireless retail industry. This will completely disrupt how dealers are compensated, incentivizing dealers to prioritize our products and services to their customers. This will lead to increased sales, and revenue for us, and our dealer partners.
Our business model is sound and our margins are strong. As we continue to grow, we will add other products and services targeted toward our customer demographic, including mobile banking, home internet, and money transfers.
