Quiietly helps companies turn their existing charitable giving budgets into a recruiting and retention advantage. Our product, the Impact Wallet, is a funded charitable account created in a new hire's name the moment they accept an offer — directed by the employee to any cause they choose.
The program is structured as an ordinary business expense rather than a charitable contribution, which means it escapes the limitations that apply to corporate giving programs and can be deducted in full. Employers pay nothing new — they simply redirect budget they already have.
Quiietly operates as a software and program orchestration layer, distributed exclusively through RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partnerships. Our RPO partners integrate Impact Wallets directly into their hiring workflow via ATS webhook, making the program zero-touch for employers. Givinga, our fund administration partner, handles all charitable account custody, compliance, and disbursement.
