During the last 12 months, we have successfully near doubled our revenue using an scalable business model for structural and architectural plans and permitting services for residential and commercial projects. We primarily focused only in TX, CA, FL, and GA markets, but we believe our revenue in these markets can grow by 100% and we can add an additional 100% or more of sales by expanding to NY, AZ, WA, DC, VA, MD, NC, MI, and potentially more states. We have already tested some of these markets.
We are ready to expand our markets and we believe a $1m investment will be enough for our aggressive growth plans.
Owner and Founder Dr. Mir Emad Mousavi (a San Diego resident) who is a licensed engineer in 12 US states was successfully able to scale this business from a 1-man show in 2019 to a multi-state operation in the past 5 years. This includes developing a unique web based application that has empowered our business model, with very detailed and advanced data analytics and performance tracking infrastructure from marketing to sales, project management, and workforce performance tracking.
Our technology includes integration with Google Ads. As a Google Partner, Our technology is validated by scaling our operation to several regions, including Houston, Austin, Dallas, Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Atlanta.
