Quick Corner Berthoud

We're trying to buy a small local convince store that the owner was planning on leaving to his kids, but they have been stealing and running it into the ground. The owner has been offered money by a developer who wants to razor the property and expand his housing devlopement. It currently has the gas station/ convince store and a coffee shop owned by another family. Both businesses have been community staples for over 3 decades. Our hope is to save these businesses and revitalize the property. I have been the accountant for the business for the last 3 years over which time I have taken on more and more responsibilities as the kids have done less and less. Even with the theft and disintrest by the owner and kids, the business has stayed profitable.
