Quantum Magnetic Power Inc.

Quantum Magnetic Power Inc. has developed and owns the proprietary IP of an electronically controlled and amplified magnetic power generation unit. These Power Generation units are modular and available in output capacities from 250 KW up to 5 MW which produce electrical power at an average cost of 2.1 cents per kilowatt. These power generation units do not require diesel, wind, solar or a stored energy source and operates continuously. There is no other comparable power generation technology. QMPI has an immediate major global market to replace the existing diesel generators at substantially less annual operating cost, or as primary, back-up, or as a portable power generation source for remote power requirements in the mining, oil and gas, and project construction industry sectors. 

All Power Generation Units will be presold prior to production, with funding provided by buyer deposits and progress payments. QMPI has already received written EOI’s for over 30 units, primarily in the Caribbean Region, at CAD 32.5m. QMPI expects to manufacture 4 MTGs in the second year of operations and increase to 24 units in the third year. The manufacture of each of these production unit will take approximately 8 months.
