Qogni is a Delaware Corporation. Qogni is an inception-stage Generative AI legal platform structured similarly to Harvey.ai, but targeting underserved small and medium-sized law firms and solo practitioners. Qogni.ai also features Agentic AI functionality. Focused initially on the federal jurisdictional practice areas of Immigration and Nationality, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Trial and Appellate motion practice and legal brief writing, Qogni plans to expand substantive federal law practice areas, and also broaden later to incorporate multi-state caselaw and statutes. Eventually, Qogni intends to serve selected British Commonwealth communities, including Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ghana and Nigeria. Qogni  is design-built to reduce hallucinations in legal research, automate and accelerate tedious lawyer work-product, and enhance lawyer productivity to increase lawyer revenue and reduce fees for clients seeking legal advice and assistance.

There are 1,330,000 USA licensed attorneys, practicing in 418,000 law firms. The majority of these 1.33 million lawyers practice as solo practitioners or in small and mid-sized law firms. Existing law AI platforms focus on serving large enterprise law firms and Fortune 500 company corporate law departments. Their mandatory onboarding and training are complex, costly, risky for SMBs, and also hallucination-prone.

Team Qogni has over three decades combined federal litigation experience. We also have experience working in Fortune 500 corporations and/or as entrepreneurs in mobile app development. Academic credentials include University of Ghana, Baylor, McGill, Bowdoin, Yale, Stanford, UConn Law, and Temple Law.
