PyramidEdge Consulting is a team of Human Resources professionals who strive to provide exceptional support in all aspects of HR.  This small corporation was formed 5 years ago off the thought that small business owners do not receive the same level of human resources support as larger corporations. This causes weakness in areas of recruiting, employee management, benefits processing, and most importantly compliance. What we wanted to do was develop teams of smart, educated, professional hr individuals and allow them to guide these small business through those more technical aspects of business management, but for half the cost. We aim to keep the overhead cost of these small business reduced, this allowing them to put more in their employees and build their business. 

With proper project and task management skills, our HR teams are able to successfully manage multile client projects, cutting turnaround time half compared to in-house help.  We assist in all aspects of HR, to include

We took on our first client in January of 2020 with a monthly revenue  of $500. Today we have an annual revenue of over 400k and on average 4 new clients accepted monthly. 

Where we fall short is our ability to take on more clients and recruit quality reps at the same rate. We have the ability to grow extremely quickly. We would like to use these funds to build out our teams, take on clients more quickly, and grow our business.
