Whenever I stay in hotels, resorts, and Airbnbs, I always tend to pay very close attention to the details that make my stays better, while also learning from the things that were not so great. Once I started working in the hospitality industry, I realized how much I enjoyed serving guests and always aiming to exceed their expectations. I loved seeing my name on positive reviews and whenever guests approached me to express how thankful they were.
I have always been extremely interested in real estate and interior design, so offering a home away from home for guests is the perfect business plan for me. After doing my extensive research in the short-term rental business, I decided to wait no longer and finally begin my journey.
I first decided to start with building a strong foundation... I acquired my LLC, EIN number, domain name, business plan, business bank account, and even my pitch!
But then, I found myself being stuck because my next step was finding my first property and for that; I need funding. By this point, I have a whole collection of business credit cards and loans that have been denied by multiple banks, but I still don't feel like giving up is an option!
I am doing this not only because I am very passionate about my business, but also because I am eager to break generational curses and create generational wealth for myself and all my loved ones. I am looking to expand and grow my business and hopefully one day help and teach others.
