Escape room style scavenger hunts on golf carts…for families, friends and corporate reambuilding! Already showing a profit in two locations with no storefront!  $1.3 million in revenue in three years, 100% bootstrapped with the owner's cashed out 401k and personal credit cards :) Our trailing year is over $560,000...we are beating every month over the year prior with no issues!
We have been approached by over a dozen prospective franchisees wanting to franchise Puzzle Rides into their hometowns - and franchising documents are expensive. In addition, we want to expand our revenue streams by opening storefronts (currently, we meet people at a prearranged starting location - our only marketing is online!) as we believe we should have a 50-75% increase in capacity (we currently only operate at 25% capacity - with no keyword, many don't know we exist!) Part of our storefronts will include four new puzzle offerings that expand our reach into the local community - making corporate teambuilding, tourism and locals our market (and expanding our season to year round!)  We also need to hire more people to help us expand - we are at the point of diminished return as the owner simply can't do everything by themselves anymore (its an exciting time!!)
We have a solid plan - now we just need to fund it. As a company that has been 100% bootstrapped and the one hasn't taken a salary yet - we need some outside help.
