Raising 50k to Purchase a Business! Extreme Opportunity!

Hello Investors,  my name is Michael. I have started a Marketing Agency in Sacramento, California. I do mainly social media marketing for businesses.

I currently am making 2,500$ every month. I am now venturing in trying to purchase this business. It is a Paint and Wine place. The current owner has been struggling since covid to turn it around.

This is why I think it is a great opportunity for a lot of profit.
1. They are in a Prime Location, San Bruno/San Francisco Close to the Airport.
2. No competition in the area!
3. She hasn’t been marketing the business.
4. She has no time to care for the business currently because of her other job.
5. It’s part of a franchise with all kinds of available help.
6. The seating per class averages out to only 15% of a full class every month. If I can get it to at least 25% capacity I will be profiting.
 7. Last but not least she is generating $200,000 in Revenue each year and since it is a franchise I talked to other owners and they generate regularly $400,000 a year.

My Plan is to Purchase this Business. Market the business and bump up the prices a little bit for people haven't heard about it yet. The prices will seem normal to newer customers.

I will add the businesses to many places like  “GetYourGuide” “ClassPass” any other sites I can find.

I will also take advantage of their subscription based service.
Add Gift Cards

I even need to get the food license so that parents can bring their kids.

These plans are Only the Start.

The business is Originally $50k, but after speaking to the owner it is now only $20k then a I will make a later payment for $30k in a year from now. The reason I am asking for $50k is that I need at least 3 months of Operating Expenses. I want to close as soon as August 5th. I have been trying to work with banks but they didn’t want to work with me because of the businesses history. But the opportunity is there and they can’t do anything about it except be systematic and not look for the opportunity.
