Over 50 million people worldwide are currently living with Epilepsy. 40 million of those live in low and middle-income countries, and 30 million do not have access to diagnosis and treatment. Purple Point Neurodiagnostics (PPN) partners with healthcare systems around the world to open neurodiagnostic clinics that provide quality diagnostic services. With training and support from Purple Point Neurodiagnostics, these clinics work to diagnose and treat the local population for a variety of neurological conditions.

If you could take 20 minutes out of your day to potentially improve the rest of your life, would you do it? That is how long an EEG test takes. Purple Point Neurodiagnostics provides this service so that we can help improve the quality of life around the world. With clinics currently open and seeing patients in multiple countries, PPN is already making a difference in the world of neurodiagnostics.

Purple Point Neurodiagnostics is devoted to providing neurological diagnosis worldwide. Our fair-profit model accommodates patients according to where they live and what they can afford by:
  • Partnering with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities to provide a service. Depending on the location of these facilities and the patients they serve, market costs will be applied to those who can afford it in Urban cities, and low-to-no cost will be applied to those in rural areas.
  • Most of the brain data used for AI research in the USA is not diverse. PPN will provide brain testing in LMICs and collect consented diverse data. This data will be used for research in the USA and some of these profits will be used to sustain free services in low-income countries.
Currently, PPN has two centers in Ghana Africa with an additional two preparing to launch in-country by June 2023. Another clinic is open and seeing patients in Cameroon Africa. Additional locations in South America and the Caribbean are also being prepared.

The PPN team of founders has over 35 years of experience in the field of neurodiagnostics with education including Harvard University. Two founders have international certifications in Electroencephalography (EEG), Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IOM), and Long Term EEG (LTM). Another founder is a Director for an internationally recognized neurodiagnostic credentialing board with stakeholders in 29 countries. All share the passion, commitment, and expertise to eliminate the stigma of epilepsy and mental health around the world.
