We mass-produce purely smoked cuisine to sell through innovative, ventless, self-contained modular and container kitchens that pay high space rent to retail host locations and property owners. We seek $2,500,000 secured, revolving credit line to begin placing kitchens that will self-finance growth from there and take the credit line to zero within 36 months; every draw of capital is pre-approved.  We will open at least 300 kitchens in 36 months in Northern CA, with support from major corporate partners that roll the concept in markets across the country.    We'll pay 16% interest on drawn funds and issue 25% of the Company's ownership for compensation to provide the credit line; the Company becomes public in Year-4.  The development is done; revenue generating operations guaranteed to commence within 90-120 days after set-up of credit line.
