My name is Jennifer Santos, and I have dedicated more than two decades to serving as a Paramedic and EMS Educator. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about advancing emergency medical education and empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to save lives.

In April 2026, I founded PulseED, LLC, a mobile medical education company specializing in CPR, First Aid, and AED training. As the company continues to grow, I have secured a location to establish a dedicated training center and am committed to expanding the scope and impact of PulseED's educational offerings.

Upon approval of our permanent facility, PulseED will broaden its curriculum to include additional American Heart Association certification courses, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) education, and a variety of other healthcare and public safety training programs. Our mission extends beyond providing life-saving education—we strive to prepare students for careers in public service by offering nationally recognized certifications, credentials, and licensure pathways that open doors to meaningful professional opportunities.

My long-term vision is to transform PulseED into a nationally and internationally recognized medical education institution. By building partnerships with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, businesses, and public safety agencies across the United States and around the world, we aim to create a global network dedicated to excellence in emergency medical education.

As we continue to evolve, PulseED will incorporate innovative online learning opportunities, hybrid educational models, and cutting-edge instructional technology. Our ultimate goal is to develop a state-of-the-art medical education and simulation center that provides immersive, high-fidelity training experiences for healthcare professionals, first responders, and community members alike.
