THE PROBLEM:
Obesity is a growing problem in our society, with nearly 40% of adults in the United States considered obese. This has led to an increase in chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer.  This not only impacts individuals’ physical health but also their mental and emotional well-being. Our program addresses this problem by providing a comprehensive approach to weight loss management.
  

SOLUTION:
Our program addresses the root cause (RCA) of weight gain utilizing a comprehensive approach to weight loss management. This includes having a real conversation with individuals, conducting an assessment and utilizing non-invasive body contouring technology to increase their natural lipolysis system to destroy and release fat faster from the body. Our clients see the results of 3-5 inches lost in 45 minutes and get extremely motivated. In addition, individualizing nutrition plans, customized exercise programming, behavior counseling gives them the education and tools they need to achieve their goals and maintain.
 
 BUSINESS MODEL:
Our program offers cost-effective, budget friendly financing options which provides affordable options that fit various budgets, without sacrificing quality or effectiveness. We follow a three-step process which allows us to gather the RCA information we need, this includes a one-on-one conversation, assessment and non-invasive contouring. The information is used to create a customized treatment plan defining the go forward plan to reach the defined goal. 
  

COMPETITION:
There are many weight loss programs and products which focus on short-term results rather than sustainable, long-term changes and lack personability such as Weight Watchers which focus on group support and accountability. Nutrisystem offers pre-packaged meals and emphasizes convenience and the list goes on and on. Based on the current weight loss market demand, our previous performance and added resources, we project over 75% increase in program enrollment within the next year. The focus of providing health and wellness directly to businesses, hospitals and gyms in addition to establishing our fitness and onsite service delivery applications coupled with virtual group sessions will permit this growth and allow us to expand to new locations (virtually and physically) and contract/hire additional coaches and staff.
