1.1 OUR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES
Propertyhero.ai provides web and mobile-based cloud software for performing maintenance and asset management. This software is accessible from computers, tablets, smartphones, and even on office wall monitors. It is a fully featured software that currently has the best feature set of any competitor on the market and is increasing our innovative customized offering day by day. In addition to software, we provide inventory services, preventive maintenance schedule setups, and training so our clients can have a turn-key solution.
1.2 MARKET OPPORTUNITY
Performing asset maintenance and asset management are key functions for asset-heavy businesses. Assets such as electronics, equipment, and appliances make up a significant value of a property. Keeping these assets inventoried and running smoothly is key to ongoing operations in our target customer markets of hotels, office buildings, multi-family rental units, gyms, and churches and is key to keeping high levels of guest and resident satisfaction. As one can imagine these target markets consist of hundreds of thousands of customers. Asset maintenance and asset management are often overlooked by existing software providers as being non-revenue generating parts of operations. Further, management and maintenance are difficult due to the need to perform on-site inventorying of assets. Hotels software companies focus on booking software features, gym software focuses on membership and marketing, and office building software focuses on lease management. By not developing solutions for cost management of operations these existing software providers have created a major unsolved opportunity and customer need that we are capitalizing on by delivering innovative software features.
1.3 CUSTOMERS FOCUS
Providing just the software as the existing competition does will lead to failure. Outside of the software, our customers require several things: on-site inventorying of assets, on-site physical tagging of assets, in-room maintenance request signage, and training of staff and management. We provide these services as part of the setup process. As part of ongoing operations, we provide phone and email-based support.
1.4 EXECUTING OUR PLANS
Currently, we have completed the software features for hotels, gyms, multi-family rentals, homeowners, and churches. We are now onboarding customers and getting key reference accounts for each market segment. In gyms, we have the leading and largest social media gym in the country Alphaland in Missouri city as a paying customer. In hotels, we are penetrating the Asian American Hotel Association (AAHOA) in Houston and New York and have the leading hotel social media influencer Glenn Haussman on our board of advisors. On the church's front, we are onboarding a large Latin Calvario Church and Preparatory School in Orlando Florida with over 50 affiliate churches. On the office building side, we have Paul Monte as a board of advisors who is a partner at a prestigious New York City Law Firm specializing in new and remodeling office buildings in the Northeast.
1.5 OUR GROWTH PLANS
Over the next five years, we plan to expand reoccurring subscription revenues to $15 million annually. This will require us to deploy our capital primarily into sales and marketing, as the technology is fully developed. Sales cycles for hotels, multi-family, and office buildings are short with a 2-month introduction to closing, churches are a bit longer being a 3 to the 4-month sales cycle.
