Carrizo springs is a town of 7K population with another 7K floating population of oil field workers , carrizo is forty miles from eagle pass, border town to mexico, and the area is prime for oil production, all small towns are around carrizo springs, the 50K plus population city is 40 miles, there is a lot of new homes and apartments being constructed at the time,,there is only one seat in restaurant in town with 4 fast food restaurants.

My daughter had been running this restaurant with a DBA of Mimis Restaurant for years, restaurant is on a prime location on hwy 277 that is the only route to border cities, restaurant has the availability to sit 90 seat in customers, my daughter closed restaurant after her husband death and covid did not help.
I have been helping my daughter at restaurant for years and am very much capable of getting this restaurant to operate well, restaurant was producing 30K a month sales with 7 full time employees, Restaurant is now close and is going to take time, hard work and capital money to get it going again, will not take long with good food and service, The building is being rented due to not having the resources to buy the building,, paying 2K a month rent, all equipment and furniture are mine and paid for, I have all contacts with vendors, utilities are on, workers on hold, sales tax permit, DBA and bank account ready.

LMF also has a house 3/1/4 car port , fire place and tin roof, sitting on two lots downtown that with a little TLC can be rented for 1K,,,,this property is paid for so I am willing to put up as equity or colleteral
