Hello! We are Promani Weddings, a wedding media company specializing in Photo, Video, DJ and event planning. Currently in Michigan we generate approximately $400,000 Gross revenue yearly. The next step in this journey is to open a wedding venue. We are incredibly passionate about weddings. Not just the couples, but the community and the teams that we have built. I say we, but i'll switch to I, because it's just me doing all of this. I have 4 years of actionable wedding experience behind me, and over 10 years behind the camera. I've learned not only over time, but over extensive research that at this time, there are incredibly limited options for brides to get married in Michigan. You either have barn/farm venues that range $2000 per booking, to more upscale barn venues in the $8000 range, or you have ultra luxury venues that start at $40,000 and go up to $90,000 for a single night. There is very little in-between. As someone who has worked with and currently has over 120 brides on the roster for this year alone, one of the biggest complaints is a lack of options for something in between. The 2nd largest complaint is a lack of service. The industry is filled with rules and restrictions that have nothing to do with brides or weddings, and even worse for the couples, the wedding venue industry is almost entirely run by individuals that have no actual experience in weddings. My experience and research has shown that the overwhelming majority of wedding venues are run by folks who already owned a farm and wanted to make some extra income, so they converted their space into a venue. I not only bring a large market space to the table, but I bring years of experience in all things weddings, to our venue. Not only will we bring incredible aesthetics and environments to our venue, but also bring a new standard of service. This venue will offer an incredible one stop experience for our couples including, but not limited too: Included Spa, in-house DJ, in-house photography, in-house videography, in-house planning, in-house officiating, decorations, and partnerships with floral companies, catering and bar service. Brides will no longer have to go through the painstaking process of finding all of these vendors individually. This is where being an already established media company brings great benefit.
