Growing our subscription box with a $300k marketing investment

Project Home DIY is a monthly home decor subscription box that sends monthly DIY home decor kits. Project Home DIY started in 2019, peaking in 2021 with around 2900 monthly subscribers. I am interested in seeking funding so we can invest heavily into FB and Google Marketing to grow our subscriber base and eventually build the business large enough to sell. Right now the business is 100% owned by one owner, myself the founder. We have a total of 4 employees including myself. We contract out our Google and FB marketing to two agencies. We send monthly DIY home decor kits to our subscribers who can pay for a monthly, 3 month pre-paid or 6 month pre-paid subscription. They receive boxes around the 1st of each month and are re-billed each month on the 15th. There are almost zero competitors in our space as we are truly the only DIY home decor subscription box out there. In 2023 we were honored to win the Best Craft/Artisan Subscription Box from the Subscription Summit/Cube Awards. Each project I design myself, you won't find our projects on the shelves anywhere. Everything is made just for Project Home DIY with our own branding on it all the way down to the paint brush in our starter kit. All time sales have reached over 5 million since 2019. Our customers, female ages 35+ USA, are very dedicated and usually stay on with us 10+ months as once they being our boxes, they just cant get enough. 

This business has been built from the ground up. We have bootstrap funded everything, minus a few Shopify loans here and there. Our business has truly carried itself for a long time. With the times changing, advertising is changing on social media and its not as easy to acquire a new customer as it used to be. And its much more expensive. We need to pour into our top of funnel marketing targeting brand new customers across the country, get them into funnels and flows we have set up to start converting them to subscribers. Right now, we can only invest a small percentage into marketing and its not cutting it because of the higher costs. Its either we seek funding or we close our doors, and I can't imagine doing that as this business has helped so many. Just yesterday, April 8th,  I made a post in our VIP group on FB sharing a photo of our first project we ever sent... these are some of the replies I received;

I appreciate you and your family for bringing me peace within my storms."
