Currently, the brand operates 35 locations, primarily in Florida. However, in 2022, we expanded outside Florida for the first time, opening successful locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and McKinney, Texas. This expansion marks a significant milestone in our journey from a local Florida brand to a national franchise.
As co-founders, with successful track records in entrepreneurship and entertainment, we have demonstrated our ability to open new markets and achieve success. With our proven skills in cash management, marketing, recruitment, and brand recognition, we are confident in our ability to drive the expansion this growing brand.
We are seeking investment capital to open two additional storefront locations in each territory, strengthening the brand's footprint and accelerating the build-out of each respective territory. Interested investors will share in revenues from both locations and receive an equity stake and revenue share from franchise fees and monthly royalties.
