We help IT Service Companies (MSPs) get seen online and generate more leads for their businesses through industry specific digital marketing campaigns. We become their fully remote and outsourced marketing team.
The business model runs off the acronym DOA - delegate, outsource, and automate. We specialize in niche specific marketing within the IT/MSP industry. That's our advantage. We're not a jack of all trades operation - we're industry experts.
We keep it simple by offering 3 marketing packages : Basic, Elite, and Premium and build out those packages to meet the customer's individual goals for marketing. Our packages include: websites, social media posting, Google my Business, blogs, Google ads, social media ads, SEO, and email marketing. We sell these services to our clients and help them create a custom marketing strategy for their business, and then we outsource these services to our white label partners who are the expert in each one of these. Outsourcing allows us to have more time and more profit as most of these packages are marked up over 50% for profit.
We market our business through SEO, Google ads, blogs, and Facebook ads. The lead is then taken to our website where they learn about what we offer and can set up a call directly with me to create their custom marketing strategy. Once the service is purchased, I do an onboarding process with the client and then I do an onboarding process with my vendors, and it runs through them.
The client receives monthly reports, weekly communication, and a monthly video call with me to follow up.
The goal is to grow the business to 6 figures in 12 months, and with the right funding and resources, I know I can do. My most recent experience within this niche includes helping grow an MSP (with very little marketing funds) from less than $10k/mo MRR to over $40k/mo MRR in less than a year.
Funding would be used to complete website and go full force with the marketing efforts right out the gate. I also believe in mirroring success. I have coach I would love to include to help guide us through this process and push us to the 6 figure goal within the first 12 months and 7 figures within 3 years.
