My wife and I are have begun to setup a roll off dumpster, cleanup, material hauling, and landscaping business. We have acquired all the equipment for the landscaping business that we need to start at this time. We have also already purchased the first gooseneck trailer to haul the roll off dumpsters. Our business plan includes activities that keep us operational outside of the spring, summer, and fall months. For example: Material hauling (coupled with skid steer work) will allow us to install and maintain rural driveways, and pass for out buildings. These services are in high demand for central / north Texas. Cleanup, as well as dumpsters, are also non- seasonal business markets. We will offer the dumpsters themselves, or provide a turnkey dumpster / with labor combination. The later falls under the cleanup division of the business. Landscaping is seasonal, but will focus on larger rural properties, as well as commercial properties with more constant contract work. Not like what you will find servicing residential homes. My wife and I are very motivated to make something ourselves, and run it right. We believe in fair prices, and top notch service. We will be participating in every aspect of the business to ensure that quality is always, what is deserved to the customer. We also feel that we can maximize profits by doing so. In lieu of just owning it. We are a very self driven couple that have that have taken on huge projects, other would have never dreamed of, together. Please help us with our goal to become self employed, and build a business that will grow, and sustain.

We would like to develop an app for all services to make it easy for customers. They can order services, track schedules, communicate effectively, and view their billing. This will prove useful in the rural mowing. Which we will subcontract out much if the work to local guys running tractors. This helps them pick up accounts, and we make a profit off the top for providing the customer, contractor connection. This will differentiate us from all other service providers. Allowing them to order services 24/7. The catalog of roll off dumpsters will be in our inventory, and will only allow available units to be booked.
