I'm currently looking to purchase a Pre-K - 5 private school. I'm looking for anywhere between 15-25% of the purchase price of 2M as a down payment. I have been approved for SBA for the difference of the purchase price. I have the packets for the 3 properties I'm looking at. I have signed NDA's for all 3 properties I'm looking at.
