Priority Value Investments, Inc. (PVI) has been established as a Non-profit Corporation since June 10th 2020 in The City of Houston, Texas 77042 with the expectation of rapid expansion in the non - profit real estate investments industry. We are beyond proud to strongly represent and support the U. S. Veterans Community. The PVI solicits financial backing in order to be able to introduce it’s new services. The Company shall be headed by Pressley Giles, JR. & Everett Michael James. We plan to begin our program in the rural community of Prairie View, Texas. Prairie View is a predominately African American community with a population of 6,678 & located about 45 miles west of Houston. This is the hometown of one of our founders and former U. S. Marine Everett Michael James. One the first things one may notice when visiting Prairie View A&M University is the virtuous beauty of it’s campus. However, the surrounding City of Prairie is a community in much need of revitalization. This is a historic community that can be and deserves so much more. There are way too many homes that have been abandoned, dilapidated or simply ignored. Our goal to purchase, revitalize those properties and provide home ownership opportunities to first time, second chance and rent to own home buyers. We have also set up a Community Repair Program to assist those that want to stay safely in their won homes. Our goal is to continue to reach out to other communities also deserving of our attention.
