Prime Cuts Meat Market

My son, Levi, and I have a butcher shop that does custom processing, retail sales and a smoke house. We also raise our own pork and beef for farm to table quality.  
We operate the shop ourselves as of now and are getting ready to expand into online sales and direct to consumer sales. For this we need extra help and equipment. 
The store has been established for 30 years and has a very good reputation.  We took over the business in September of 2021 with good sales and customer base. We want to continue with this part of the business but also expand into direct-to-consumer online sales with our own home-grown meat. Our farm raises all natural, no antibiotic, no hormone free animals. All of our animals are raised outside on pastures with natural light and room to grow. We raise 40 - 50 head of beef cattle and 400 - 500 pigs per year. All processing will be completed at our butcher shop to ensure proper cuts and great quality. With our capability of making sausages, snack sticks and smoking products, will have a full line of value-added products available.
Our team is very small at the moment. We want to hire a quality candidate that understands both, our needs and the needs of our customers. 
Levi is the manager of the Prime Cuts Meat Market, our store name, and I manage the farm, Diamond D Cattle Ranch. Levi is the head butcher and plans out the schedule for processing, smoking and product output. I manage the farm and take care of raising the animals and getting them to the processing plant.
I have a background in animal science and animal nutrition. I have worked with many farmers helping them feed their animals for optimal growth. My goal is to keep raising pasture raised pork and beef for customers that enjoy quality meats.
Levi will manage the butcher shop and make the high-quality meats that will be enjoyed by satisfied customers.

We are looking for $250,000 - 350,000 to add equipment and labor to the store.
