We're an LA-based meal delivery service. We aim to make healthy food accessible for people with full lives while separating ourselves from fad diets, and simply focusing on good quality foods.
In the past year, we've been able to 5x our revenue to 25k/mo, but we're only serving LA and Ventura counties. We have the culinary team, and the delivery team in place to get us to San Diego, Santa Barbara, and OC, but I need help getting us going in those markets. With the corporate fitness connections we have, being present at these fitness studios, and perhaps some sales/paid ads, I think we can easily get us to finish the year off at 500k.
- MY STORY: For years, I struggled with eating disorders and meal prepping balanced meals was the only thing that helped me with food anxiety, maintain a healthy weight, and taught me how to portion control. We aim to show people that eating a balanced diet is such a great way to achieve your goals without making life super miserable.
- MARKET SIZE: We live somewhere between meal kits and meal delivery, which ranges between 10-24B.
- REVENUE/MARGINS: We closed last month (May) at 25k, and our margins are about 45-55% (depending on whether I take a salary that month). We've scaled 5x since this time last year.
- TEAM: We're a very small team of 4 and a third-party delivery team we work with very closely. As the founder, I do everything minus the cooking, prepping, and cleaning.
- IDEAL INVESTMENT: Truthfully, I would love a collaborative partner that complemented my skill set, but I have a strong plan on how to do this myself. I just need the funds to accelerate and focus fully on growth now that the foundation is set.
