While golf venues shut down for the winter and colder months, we will be open and ready to serve.

As the premier (and only) professional indoor miniature golf destination, our creative and immersive courses will keep guests coming back again and again.

Our target market comprises individuals who are in search of an immersive and genuine experience within a simulated golf course environment. Marketing

We plan to utilize social media and local community groups to market Premier Putting to families and organizations looking for unique entertainment options. Our primary marketing channels will be:

  • Social Media - We will create accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to display photos/videos of our facility, promote specials and share customer reviews and experiences. This will allow us to reach a large number of potential local customers, especially families and youth groups.
  • Partnerships - We will partner with local children's and community organizations to offer sponsored events and discounted group rates to expose new customers to our facility. Things like "School Spirit Night" and involvement with chambers of commerce and civic groups.
  • Print & Digital Ads - We will develop a website, flyers and other low-cost advertisements in coordination with our niche target markets to connect with potential new mini golfers.

Events

To encourage repeat business and referrals, we will develop a monthly e-newsletter with facility updates, coupons, and highlights from recent company or group events held on our courses. Customers can subscribe online or by providing contact information when checking in. We will also implement a review-gathering system to post authentic customer experiences across our online presence.

One of our signature missions will be to create monthly tournaments and have people sign up to play. Players scores will be ranked and the top players from each tournament will be invited to play in the Majors. Individual tournaments will take place at least once a month and will be sponsored by local businesses.

There will be a base course (The Fairways) that will be advertised on a calendar. Periodically throughout the month, as well as for tournaments, props and other barriers will be added to the course to add new flavor and style. This will continually create that fresh course feeling.

Our location, 655 S 1200 in Springville, UT 84664, is strategically positioned as the endcap unit on the north end of the property. This prime placement provides excellent visibility and accessibility for our customers. Additionally, our proximity to popular shopping destinations and a variety of amenities, including Crumble, Cafe Rio, and Smith's, ensures that visitors to our location can conveniently enjoy a range of dining and retail experiences.

To facilitate the start of our operations, we plan to source affordable putters from second-hand stores such as Deseret Industries. This approach not only helps us maintain a realistic ambiance but also contributes to the distinctiveness of our facility. Additionally, we will acquire golf balls through the same method, and then customize them by painting them in different colors and designs. This further enhances the overall experience for our customers.
