Precious Lambs Learning Center

 Hello! 

Our company is Precious Lambs Learning Center, Inc. located in Lancaster, TX. We are a current childcare provider. We are expanding into a second building and seeking funding to assist with the expansion. Our current building provides care for 58 children. Our second building will allow us to add an additional 85 slots to serve the community. We have had a few setbacks with state funding, and it has held us back from completing the expansion. Currently, we have 45 children on the wait list for our expansion and without funding we cannot serve the families. We must pay $25,000 for a fire alarm because the landlord indicated that this would be our expense. The additional $25,000 requested is to assist with payroll for the first month of expansion so that we can have qualified teachers in place for the children on our current waitlist. The building is complete and ready to open, however we need the funding for the fire alarm so system so that we can complete our final inspection and receive our Certificate of Occupancy. We look forward to seeking an investor who is dedicated to community growth, resources and supports to families. Our passion is to serve our families within our community.
