Praise Cheese (trademark pending) will open its first store in Glendora, CA in 2022. Praise Cheeses was a dream that came to light during the international pandemic. As a restaurant owner looking for ways to stay afloat and offer more variety to our customers, Praise Cheeses offered custom cheese and charcuterie boards as an option to traditional restaurant flare.
Praise Cheeses will be a small, brick and mortar, located at the very forefront of Glendora Village, best exposure in the entire village! We will carry 100 different cheeses, 25 from California, 25 from across America, 25 from various parts of Europe and we will have a section which carries the 25 most popular cheeses in Glendora. We will offer a very small menu that will include: small cheese and charcuterie boards to share while dining in, flatbreads made from our various cheeses and meats with fresh herbs and oils and fresh produce; we will offer cheese and chocolate fondue (cannot get that anywhere within a 20 miles radius of our location) and we will offer daily soups, salads and small paninis. In addition to our small offerings, we will continue to specialize in custom charcuterie grazing tables and platters for special events, baby showers, weddings, etc. We will have a handful of intimate tables for dining in and a beautiful, vibrant bar with 6-8 seats, serving beer and wine. Imagine an intimate setting with your date, sitting at the bar sharing a bottle of wine and nibbling on a small cheese and charcuterie board or sharing a cheesy fondue? Maybe a special date with the kids just to share a chocolate fondue after a movie? Take out will be a big portion of our daily sales (grab and go lunches, charger-cups/cones, custom boards). We will also do Wine tastings and pairings on a monthly basis.
Glendora is our first location, however, we do plan to open Praise Cheeses throughout the south land. Locations to include, Pasadena, San Fernando Valley and Rancho Cucamonga (to start). One day Praise Cheeses will be in other states as well!
