TMP-The Academy is a Georgia Accredited private Microschool (with quality), that serves medium to low income students. We provide individual learning for each student with an effort to allow each student to learn at his or her own pace and not that designated by a grade level and age alone. We infuse each day with the use of technology in the classroom and in each academic lab. Learning does not just begin and end in the traditional classroom setting for our students. We provide learning labs that allow them to explore the areas of science, math, language, and arts through hands-on activities and teacher facilitated instruction.
We are in need of funding to allow us to expand the technology within our program as well as maintain student enrollment. Our goal is to provide transformational education opportunities to students who without financial assistance would not be able to afford. We are designed to serve 50 students a year ages 4 thru 8 years old. Our goal is to develop life long learners by providing engaging, collaborative, hands on learning each an every school day. Exposing students to a plethora of learning opportunities that will insure they have a strong academic foundation. We are student driven.
