Financing Purpose
U.S. headquarters company that we will register for POWERZINC project is seeking special bridge investors to obtain their Blocked Funds as security deposit, which will be always reserved and remained in their own bank’s account non-callable with one year to support a large project financial loan with four years at least or long-term for POWERZINC project. The loan will be from outside of America. Since we have received a verbal notification and will sign the loan contract, but we still lack signing condition of the loan contract, that is 60 Mil+ as the security deposit on cash-based, although the loan collateral will be 100% equity the US headquarters company. Therefore, we wish to invite others to provide the proof on cash deposit at their own bank account as the security for us with one year only. Of course, If we can be in fact supported with an initial capital for investment such as 10 Mil+, so that we can also merge and acquire the SPAC with certain amount of capital for example 60 Mil+ and take this SPAC after equity reorganization as new POWERZINC US headquarters company to obtain the loan above-mentioned!
Project Description POWERZINC project including invent and create two industries of renewable electric fuel as well as zero-emission electric fuel vehicles and establish a new market system for their applications. That will solve the current problem of long charging time, short driving range, and spontaneous ignition of electric vehicles. And it also can add additional income to wind, solar and water power generation etc., and other traditional power generations.
Financial Opportunity Once the POWERZINC project is completed, electric fuel produced by energy storage in the power generation industry will replace gasoline and diesel in the petroleum industry to monopolize the supply of the transportation energy demand market; electric fuel vehicles will completely cover the market application of replacing traditional gasoline and diesel-driven vehicles. Of course, the existing electric vehicles can be transformed into a new generation of electric fuel vehicles through renovation, or new manufacturing upgrades, and re-enter market applications. Therefore, the value of the POWERZINC project will be unlimited! Furthermore, there will probably be a window of financial opportunity for the bridge investors who wants to get some profits from the POWERZINC project!
