Well Established family owned motorcycle shop with a good reputation that is expanding the business by launching into the $16.5B ecommerce motorcycle accessories market in the US with a network of websites. This same model previously generated over $10 million in Gross Revenue within 18 months and more than doubled by the third year using only ONE website. We expect to have a minimum of 20 sites driving sales to the company. Supplier network is already in place and we are ready to complete the first site launch and begin development on the next five sites before Q1 2025.
Business and Ownership:
- Business established in 2004 (Texas LLC) and closely held
- Current business services: Motorcycle Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Service, Repair and Customization
- All Makes and Models serviced (3 wheels or less) with some specialized work outsourced to selected vendors locally (i.e. performance engine builds and paint)
- Service/On-Site customers from the entire DFW metroplex with others from Arkansas and Oklahoma
- Ecommerce model expansion will service all US locations with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii (Note: Some items may not be shipped to California)
- Owner has been customizing vehicles for over 40 years (motorcycles, cars, vans and boats)

For the purposes of this Funding Request introduction, the following values are based both on minimal and expected performance.
- Assuming low expectations for performance, with advertising to only 0.25% of only the Harley Davidson owners, and only 5% of those owners using our site, with only 20% of those shoppers making a purchase;

- Same calculations but with only 3% of the Harley Davidson owners reached by advertising;

- Calculations using a LOW AVERAGE and historical performance for only 3% of Harley Davidson owners; 10% of the advertising generates activity on the website, with a 15% closing rate for purchases;

It should be noted that all three of the examples shown are generated using "lower than average" ecommerce activity. Through advertising spend, we may be able to get in front of 8% of the Harley Davidson ownership in the US which would generate approximately $21,721,199.00 in Net Profit in the second full year. These projections do not include market share of non-Harley Davidson ownership, this excluded customer base is over 60% of the available market in the United States.
Additional Income Sources:
While the largest income generator is obviously ecommerce for the business, we are currently working on expanding the business offerings to include custom powder coating, painting, fabrication, transportation and a destination location in North Texas. All of these expansions are expected to be self-funded from the ecommerce network, however we are considering long term investor opportunities. Investors interested in long term activity (with investment amounts over $500,000.00) can expect a 10X ROI.
