Business Description: PowerSILO Inc. is improving global sustainability for Industrial Manufacturing, Data Centers, and Power Utility operations by providing the services and resources that help monetize available process waste heat, through the Discovery, Design, & Development of energy related assets. We use PowerSILO Technology to make NetZero or Zero Emission Power. PowerSILO Inc. monetizes Industrial Process Waste Heat for Cogeneration, and Geothermal based Renewable Energy for Distributed Microgrid Generation to enable customers to provide higher quality, more sustainable products & services. 
 
Product/Market Fit:Product and Services derived from PowerSILO Technology include PowerSILO-GeoTRE that harnesses Low Grade Geothermal Hot Dry Rock (HDR) Energy, and PowerSILO-CoGen that harvests low grade process Waste Heat for Cogeneration. PowerSILO Inc. provides Engagement Services that support and secure the execution of A)20-25Year Retail Power Production Capacity Purchase Agreements-PPCPA with the installation of PowerSILO-CoGen Retrofits for Industrial Waste Heat Power Generation or B)20-25Year Wholesale Power Purchase Agreements-PPA with installation of PowerSILO-GeoTRE for Geothermal Renewable Energy Power Generation.

Customers/LOI: In 2023, PowerSILO Inc. was awarded a National Science Foundation (NSF) Phase I Grant, however PowerSILO Technology has not been deployed with customers and has no Letters of Interest or Contract commitments at this time. Funding is sought for operations and prototype/demonstration unit development.

Technology Status: PowerSILO is a patented and trademarked Power Generation Technology.  PowerSILO Technology uses the Combined Gas Law & Bernoulli Principle to create the Venturi Effect inside a vertical silo that forms a new way to generate a controlled & sustained +25mph ringed (halo) shaped airflow inside the VAVANT, the First of Its Kind Vertical Axis Vertical Airflow Nozzled Turbine, that produces clean, base load power; and operates within the self-contained Modified Updraft Tower (MUT) called The PowerSILO. PowerSILO is a NetZero/Zero Emissions heat agnostic power generation technology, that monetizes low grade thermal energy, i.e., industrial waste heat or Geothermal Hot Dry Rock (HDR) energy. PowerSILO is seeking funding for operations to accelerate commercialization; to build a physical prototype/demonstration unit, advancing existing Research Development efforts (from the current (Technical Readiness Level (TRL)) TRL4/5 to TRL8/9). The NSF Phase II Grant application submission is pending, as are grant application submissions to several Department of Energy Funding Announcements.

Competition: The list of competitors and potential competitors includes Industrial Plants, EPC/Engineering Firms, Government ESCOs, Do-It-All Companies, Unregulated Arms of Utility Companies, Equipment Suppliers, Consultancies, Carbon Credit Trading Companies, and Energy Consulting firms as well as traditional utility power generators.  Developers of renewable power generation, i.e., solar and wind projects are direct competition for PowerSILO GeoTRE for Geothermal Renewable Energy Power resources when targeting Renewable Portfolio Standards requirements. PowerSILO CoGen enables thermoelectric power generators to increase overall efficiency and thus, Industrial Efficiency Consultants and Engineering evolve as possible competition and partners, indirectly.
