  • Space/ Venues:  We will need to secure event space(s) and hotel(s) to accommodate the event.  We will budget $30,000 for space deposits and rental fees.
  • Staffing/ Volunteers:  We will need a large team of staff to help manage the event, including security, production, and event management staff.  We will budget $20,000 for staff expenses.
  • Event Technology:  We will need to utilize advanced event technology to create a unique and engaging experience for attendees.  We will budget $15,000 for event technology expenses.
