Posspole now operates in a 5 floor building (each floor 10,000 Sq ft) in City center of Bangalore-India.
We provide (for last one year) support services for Non-IT but High Tech start-ups of different products and domains - such as: Work-Space / Assistance in- locating expert staff and also standard staff / in developing Prototype/ in organizing local manufacturing of components or full product/ Test Marketing / Marketing collaterals/ Distribution systems/ Regulatory compliance and Business strategy (all for a fee depending on modules availed)
(7) Where do you live now, and where would the company be based ?
I personally live now in San Francisco -USA (up to 1st December 2024) after which I will go back to India after hopefully incorporating a LLC in USA- to channel funds to Indian entity. US incorporated LLC will receive funds from US based VCs and report to them every quarter on funds deployed via audited Financial statements compliant with US accounting standards. Posspole will also report on progress made in supporting various Indian start-ups in different Tech domains and time yet to reach markets (as per our assesment). VCs are free later to invest directly in the individual product companies if they find it interresting and near to the market.

We (Posspole) are up & running for past 12 months plus in Bangalore. We are operating out of a 5 storey building (each floor 10,000 sq ft) and we have innovative start-up customers in different vertical domains such as Telecom/ Health equipment/ Government agencies/ Food& Agri/ MultiTech etc.
We have raised nearly half a million dollar (in Indian Rs), generated more than 120,000 USD revenue (by 31 Dec 2024), onboarded more than 20 product companies, made 50,000 sqft Ecosystem operational. Partnered with some of the best names in the world -including Paris Saclay Hardware Accelerator, SF-Bangalore sister city committee, Startup Genome, Karnataka Maritime Board via MOUs etc.

To build Posspole, we are developing / leveraging a comprehensive tech stack that includes:

(10) >How many active users or customers do you have? How many are paying?
About 20 users & customers. All are paying but varying amounts depending on services and space they use. Presently we charge only teaser fees (to attract them) but will enhance it once the capacity utilization increases e.g. Telecom customer is paying around 40K USD/ year and others are paying in the range of USD 8000/yr to 12,000/ yr based on scope of engagement. We hope to offer enahnced services to US clients interested in developing prototypes using us that can help them to get "faster-cheaper and upto specifications" as well as a market potential estimate in Indian markets.
BTW- This is not just a consulatative services without Responsibility- but we select those whom we want to on-board and nuture them from end to end till they have a deliverable and marketable product/ service with due accounting process. This sis supported by recent changes in Governments (Central and state) policies where manufacturing and HiTech products are encouraged to be set up- we help to implement the policies and get to the market by "Walking the Talk". While we have most variables in place (including a growing economy and large market)- we need to support the startups via innovative funding at the right time and guide them towards the market place.

The growth rate is expected to jump multiple times each quarter as our reference list grows. We are into a business space where there is no competition from private players (only Government agencies provide it- slowly and at higher costs than us). We need to arrange for working capital facilities for prototype development for our potential customers- hence the application to VCs. If that happens- we expect a viral growth in our business from present low base. We will be raising capital costs if any, from Local Indian sources as they can be offered as collateral. We expect (with reasonable confidence) that our revenues (to PP) will be in excess of US$ 10 million (2025) and each quarter increasing in 2026 by 10% as our model becomes Viral.
