Below is an email response to a possible investor:

Hello Kaitlin,

Thank you for getting back to me. Attached you will find the Ponca Project. This project will launch in the State of Arizona but is open to any legal State throughout the country. At this time, 329 tribes can participate in this project. I'm looking for three things; investor, supplies & equipment, and operations & training. This project is the first tribal owned and operated business management company. I've been looking for the right partnership in cannabis for some time now.

Please review and let me know your thoughts. To move forward, Peebles Kidder needs $12,500 to cover the retainer to represent this project. Peebles Kidder is the largest tribal law firm out of Washington DC. This law firm's typical retainer is much higher. Peebles Kidder is not willing to represent this project because of cannabis, but due to the potential of the Unity Project. When it comes to cannabis in this project we farm only, no distribution or retail. If the tribes want to move into these areas of revenue, that would be a separate acquisition and investment.

Once I've found the right partnership, we could be operational on tribal land within 60 days. I have opened this project to a few investment websites to help its launch. Once the retainer is paid; this project will no longer be available for investment. The other two categories will still need to be filled. I would like to see one operator take all three options if possible.

My schedule is open for the next week so please set a time and we can have a conversation. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Have a great day.

All the best,
Kevin

I have a verification letter from the Law Office of Peebles Kidder for this project (www.ndnlaw.com).  I have a short presentation I can share to explain the Ponca Project.
